Éla! EVOO was created in 2019 after Jason traveled to Crete, Greece and met a local family who owns olive groves in the Western Hills of Crete producing the purest form of organic EVOO.

Coming back to his home in San Diego, California, Jason teamed up with his brother Michael to figure out how to get this Cretan liquid gold to their hometown and Éla! EVOO was born.

With a focus on locally owned restaurants and retailers we have found being a part of our local community is what we are most proud of.
